Montana UFT
Starting October 1, 2025, the State of Montana Commissioner of Securities and Insurance/Montana State Auditor’s Office will no longer require a filing or the $50.00 fee for issuers relying on MCA §30-10-104(8) exemptions. These exemptions will be self-executing. Filings with an effective date prior to October 1, 2025, must still be submitted and include the fee.
