If you are new to EFD and would like to register for the International Franchise Expo (IFE) please refer to the Filer Franchise Walkthrough document. Once you arrive at the “Select Filing Type” screen, please select “Other Types” and then the applicable Franchise Expo option from the list. GA Form D EFFECTIVE April 10, 2025, Georgia will require the following (which has been implemented in EFD as of April 21, 2025):
1. The addition of the annual renewal filing requirement and a $100.00 (One Hundred Dollars) renewal fee on notice filings of federal covered securities pursuant to Rule 506:
1a. For the first year of this new rule Georgia will allow filers to have a 1-year grace period to file a renewal on an expired notice. After April 2026, expired notices will receive a standard 1 month grace period following expiration.
2. A $10.00 (Ten Dollars) processing fee on required filings by the issuers of federal covered securities offered pursuant to Rule 506; and,
3. Mandated use of NASAA’s EFD filing platform for Form D notices.
