Nevada now accepts filings through the UFT system on EFD. Please refer to the UFT Acceptance Matrix to see which filings Nevada accepts through UFT.

Montana Form D
EFD has been updated to reflect that Form D renewal notices submitted to Montana may be submitted up to 90 days prior to the expiration of the notice. Renewals filed more than 90 days before the expiration will not extend the effectiveness of the notice.
